I booked a room before,checked in today at 14:00, now its 16:00 still no available room. No compensation at all. When i complain to the reception, she keeps saying room will be available in 30 mins.

Rooms are pretty average. The hot water wasn’t hot. Just to be clear, these rooms are owned by third parties and then “managed” by the hotel. I had no idea, and I’ll never do this again. Give it a shot, and then if there are any issues…. You’ll quickly understand why this is a crapshoot. The food was okay, but you have to walk to a different building. The gym is very very simple. All in all… it’s an ok option if you need to skip town for a few days. Nothing was inclusive.
